1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 33,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from May 29, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

1. The plaintiff claiming the unpaid construction cost of 33,00,000 won and damages for delay which have not been paid after completion of the construction work after being awarded a contract with the defendant for the Dog and floor construction of the building in Samsung-si; and

2. Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts (Judgment without holding any pleadings due to the submission of a written reply);
