A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months and by a fine of thirty thousand won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 20, 2017, the Defendant committed an act of arranging, etc. sexual traffic by leasing Nos. 413 and 2015 of the Seo-gu Btel 413 and 2015 from around October 20, 2017 to around November 21, 2017. “C” by employing a sexual traffic business establishment, employing a female, such as D and E, and searching for such place, from male customers who had taken 80,000 won from 80,000 won to receive 130,000 won for the consideration of sexual traffic.

Nevertheless, from October 20, 2017 to November 6, 2017, the Defendant posted an explanation of business, telephone number of business places, time, fare, etc. to the “G site” in order to advertise sexual traffic business places such as the preceding paragraph.

As a result, the defendant advertised the business places in which commercial sex acts or sexual sex acts are conducted.
