The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. The summary of the facts charged is that the Defendant and the victim were dead.

On December 23, 2012, around 20:40 on December 23, 2012, the victim C (the victim 39 years of age, female) around the elevator of the first floor of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 101, 101, was assaulted, such as the victim's face and chest at approximately 30 times on the ground that the victim was not subject to telephone.

2. The facts charged in this part of the judgment cannot be prosecuted against the victim’s express wish pursuant to Article 260(3) of the Criminal Act. Since the victim expressed his/her wish not to punish the defendant around April 16, 2013, which was after the prosecution of this case, the prosecution of this case is dismissed pursuant to Article 327 subparag. 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
