The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. On October 14, 2013, the Defendant, at the house of the Defendant No. 1105 of the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu building B, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon around October 21, 2013, argued for divorce between the Defendant and a person related to de facto marriage and C, and assaulted the victim one time by hand when the victim’s knives are applied.

2. The above facts charged cannot be prosecuted against the victim’s express wish pursuant to Article 260(3) and (1) of the Criminal Act. Since the victim expressed his/her wish not to punish the Defendant on February 5, 2014 after the prosecution of this case, the prosecution of this case is dismissed pursuant to Article 327 subparag. 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
