The Defendant is a customer who has been entrusted with 2 pet dog to a medical hospital located in Daegu Suwon-gu C, and the victim D(the age of 36) is a vice president of the C veterinary hospital, the victim E(the age of 43) and the victim F(the age of 32) are employees of the C veterinary hospital.

1. 협박 피고인은 2017. 3. 10. 19:20 경 위 C 동물병원에서, 애완견 2마리를 찾아가려고 연락하였는데 피해자들 로부터 오늘은 늦어서 퇴근해야 하니 내일 찾아가라는 말을 듣게 되자 화가 나, 피해자들에게 “ 씨 발 것”, “ 싸가지 없는 것 들”, “ 씨 발 어디 아가리를 빡빡 거려”, “ 살인 사건 왜 나는지 알아”, “ 대번 씨 발 것 죽이 뿔라 ”라고 말하여 피해자들을 협박하였다.
