The punishment of the accused shall be determined by two years of imprisonment.

Punishment of the crime

On October 21, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment for fraud at the Gwangju District Court on November 21, 2009 and completed the execution of the sentence in the Sejong Prison on November 10, 201.

1. On April 2012, the Defendant: (a) purchased a vehicle with a discount loan under the name of D that reduces the certificate of the personal seal impression and the seal imprint; (b) purchased the vehicle under the name of D; and (c) conspired with C to obtain an installment loan under the name of D following D by requesting the preparation of KRW 30 million.

On April 19, 2012, the Defendant had in advance a sales contract form for Hyundai Motor Vehicles, and C had in the column of the buyer’s address of the land for the said modern Motor Vehicle sales contract form “Yongbuk-do Incheon-gun 101” and “Nemans” in the column of the car model.

3.3. Douritius, “50,00 won” in the vehicle price column, and “D” in the name column, and sign it in collusion with C, which is a private document with respect to the rights and obligations of D, and submitted it to F, a modern vehicle operator, who is aware of the fact on April 20, 2012.
