1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for a period of eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

The Defendants purchased the purchase price of KRW 82,00,000 under the condition that they succeed to the lessor status of the pre-tax lease contract entered into between the previous pre-tax lease contract D and H with the amount of KRW 60,000,000,000, and concluded the monthly rent contract (5,000,000,000,000) rather than the pre-tax lease contract, as if the contract was entered into with D, the Defendants were false sales contract, monthly rent contract, and 5,000,000,000,000,000,000 won.

1. Forgery of private documents;

A. On May 27, 2008, the Defendants made a licensed real estate agent enter “A” in the “location” column in the “location” column of the site for the officetel sales contract, using a computer, the Defendants made a certain licensed real estate agent enter “A” in the “place” column of the “place” in the “place” column of the “place” of the officetel sales contract, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Busan-si, Busan-si, Gyeonggi-do, and the “sale price” column and “D” and “B” column, and affix D’s seal.

As a result, the Defendants forged a sales contract in the name of D, which is a private document on rights and obligations for the purpose of exercising them.

B. At the time and place indicated in the above paragraph (a), the Defendants had a licensed real estate agent write “H” in the column of the “location” of the real estate monthly rent contract site by using the computer, and had a certain licensed real estate agent write the “place” in the “place” column of the “place of the real estate monthly rent contract site”, “amount of million won”, “amount of million won” in the “place of rent” column, “D” in the “leased” column, and “H” column, and affix a seal back to the name of H.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendants forged a letter of real estate monthly rent contract in the name of D and H, a private document on rights and obligations.

2. The Defendants are located in Seodaemun-gu Seoul Western-dong 64-22 around June 12, 2008.
