However, according to the trial and investigation records (29, 76 pages) of this case, the defendant was sentenced to five months of imprisonment with labor due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (dacting driving) at the Gwangju District Court on December 28, 2007, and the defendant was found to have been arrested as a violation of the Road Traffic Act (dacting driving) on September 4, 2017 and the defendant's necessary violation of the Road Traffic Act (dacting 1) at the Gwangju District Court on October 13, 2017 and the defendant's necessary violation of the Road Traffic Act (d 20808).

On September 12, 2017, the Defendant is under the influence of alcohol content of 0.093% in blood, from the front road of the Defendant’s house located in Masung Group, to the front road of the F in E, the Defendant is under the influence of alcohol of 0.093% in blood.
