A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On December 27, 2001, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 3 million due to a violation of road traffic laws (drinking driving), etc. at the Gwangju District Court on January 7, 201, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 4 million due to a violation of road traffic laws (drinking driving), etc. at the same support on November 22, 2013, and on March 11, 201, the execution of the said sentence was completed at the Daejeon District Court on December 13, 201.

Accordingly, the Defendant violated the prohibition of drinking driving at least twice, but again, the prohibition of drinking driving was violated.

The Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment on March 11, 2014 with prison labor for an injury in the support of Suwon Friwon, on March 11, 2014, and completed the execution of the sentence at Daejeon Prison on December 13, 2014. On November 22, 2013, the Defendant received a fine of KRW 4 million due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) in the support of Suwon Friwon Friwon, and on January 7, 2011, the Defendant was punished for the same crime seven times in total, including a fine of KRW 3 million in the same court due to the same crime. On January 23, 2017, the Defendant was not detained as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) in the support of Suwon Friwon Friwon, and was still pending in the trial of the first instance.

On April 15, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (refluence of drinking), after being inspected by a multiple-lane vehicle while driving the C bargaining vehicle on the front of the D in the event of Gyeonggi-do on April 15, 2017, and undergoing a check, and the Defendant’s face from the slope F belonging to the E Zone of the Ansan Police Station is red, cross-standing, and the walking condition is mentioned in the clear distance.
