A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
At around 01:54 on August 7, 2018, in the vicinity of "B," one's residence located in the Sinsan-si, Sinsan-si, the Defendant, on the ground that the Defendant was demanded by the police officers belonging to the D District Police Station of the Gyeongbuk-gu, Gyeongsan-si, and EF to leave their own residence after being reported by C 112 by the Defendant and was called out, and the above police officers were forced to leave their residence, and thus, the Defendant was obstructed from operating the patrol car in front of the G patrol which the said police officers want to board, interfere with the operation of the patrol car by getting out of the F, and the Defendant was called out upon request by F to follow the patrol. - Since interference with the performance of official duties needs to be strictly punished for offenses that disrupt the legitimate exercise of public authority and undermine the national function, there has been a history of being punished once by a fine due to interference with the performance of official duties - there has been no criminal records of punishment exceeding fines, not directly exercising tangible power to police officers;
