A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 18, 2015, the Defendant, at around 16:19, driven a 100 Oral cat at the time of registration without permission, under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.120% without obtaining a bicycle license from the section of the section of 200, from the 200th section of the section of the Road Management and Utilization Act, to the end of the mountain middle-water located in the front of the mountain village of the front northwest-gun, west-gun, west-gun, west-do.

2.
