A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 2017, the Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act and illegally used air defense was attached to the Defendant’s residence located in Seo-gu, Busan, for the purpose of exercising the registration license plate C, which was cancelled in the street, on the back of the registration license plate that the Defendant operated.

As a result, the Defendant used the registration number plate unlawfully and used the air for the purpose of exercising it at the same time.

2. From around August 9, 2017 to August 9, 2019, the Defendant operated the Obane, which attached CA registration number plate at his own discretion, such as the road in front of the agency located in Seo-gu Busan, Seo-gu, Busan, and the foregoing paragraph 1.

Accordingly, the defendant exercised the illegally used air defense.

3. Around August 23, 2019, the Defendant was driving a motor vehicle without registration under the influence of alcohol content of 0.047% from the road front of the agency located in Seo-gu Busan, Seo-gu, Busan to the “G pharmacy” located in Seo-gu, Busan, without obtaining a driver’s license, on a section of about 300 meters to the “G pharmacy” located in Seo-gu, Busan.

4. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall operate any automobile on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance;

Nevertheless, around August 9, 2019, the Defendant driven a non-registered motor vehicle without mandatory insurance on the front of the “G pharmacy” located in the Seo-gu Busan, Seo-gu, Busan.
