A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On July 21, 2011, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 3 million with a fine of KRW 1 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act, and on October 13, 2011, the same court issued a summary order of KRW 2.5 million with the same court on July 21, 201.

1. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (AFS) is a driver of a knife vehicle B, low-speed vehicle.

At around 01:40 on March 10, 2013, the Defendant driven the above van and proceeded with the four-lane road of the private distance distance in the Ministry of Labor in Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu, Seoan-si, Seoan-si, Seoan-si.
