A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 22:30 on January 8, 2019, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.127%, and the Defendant was driving C Sspke car at a section of about 300 meters from the front of a restaurant located in the north-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seoan City to the front road in the Seo-gu, Seoan-gu, Seoan City.

2. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury to Dangerous Driving) is a person engaging in driving a C SP car.

The Defendant, while under the influence of the temporary border stated in paragraph (1), was driving on the two-lane road in front of the D cafeteria located in Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu, Seoan-si at a narrow speed from Samsung to the private distance of the Statistics Korea.

At night, since the driver was at night, there was a duty of care to prevent traffic accidents by seeing the front left and accurately operating the steering gear and the steering system.

The Defendant, by negligence, neglected to drive a normal taxi at the front time due to drinking, found the Fworknael driven by the victim E, who was parked in order to signal the atmosphere on the two-lanes in the front line, led the victim to take back the back part of the said Switzerland cab with the front part of the said Switzerland cab, and due to the shock, caused the victim’s Hasta taxi in the front line.

Ultimately, while driving a motor vehicle in a state where normal driving is difficult due to influence of alcohol, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim E by negligence in the course of performing the above duties, such as scarbing on the right side, which requires treatment for about two weeks, and the victim G, which is the victim I who is the passenger of the said taxi, and the driver of H taxi, and the victim J, who is the passenger of the said taxi, for about two weeks.
