Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 31, 2013, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol of 00:14% of blood alcohol level 0.156%, and was driving B Poter truck from the 1km section from the entrance of the Ganpo-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul to the road of 142 front of the said 142.
