Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 31, 2013, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol of 0.065% of blood alcohol concentration at around 01:00, and was driving approximately 1 km from 20 Doro 1, 58-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul to 654 Hapo-dong, Gangnam-gu.
