A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a maximum of ten months and six months.

Punishment of the crime

From November 1, 2012, the Defendant was admitted to the Busan Juvenile Reformatory from November 9, 2012, and C was admitted to the Busan Juvenile Reformatory from November 9, 2012, and lived in the two patient room.

1. 폭력행위등처벌에관한법률위반(공동폭행) C은 2013. 2. 22. 18:23경 부산 금정구 오륜대로 126번길 62에 있는 부산소년원 정비1반 생활실에서, 정비1반 원생인 피해자 D(18세)이 평소 자신을 기분 나쁘게 쳐다보았다는 이유로 주먹으로 피해자 D의 얼굴을 수회 때리고, 이를 제지하는 정비1반 원생 피해자 E(17세)의 얼굴을 주먹으로 1회 때리고, 발로 피해자 E의 다리를 1회 걷어찼다.

The defendant added this to the victim E face once drinking, and F, the original f, the victim E, was able to do so two times by generating the head of the victim E, and the defendant was able to do so.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted victims jointly with the above C and F.

2. On February 22, 2013, around 18:28, the Defendant and C damaged public goods: (a) at the Busan Juvenile Reformatory patient’s office, the said victims were arrested and detained after being expelled by the employees on duty of the said juvenile reformatory, and (b) at the time of isolation, the Defendant and C got off the entrance door and windows from several occasions.

Accordingly, the defendant, together with C, damaged the above entrance and windows used by public offices to cover approximately KRW 2,30,000 of the repairing cost.

3. On February 22, 2013, the obstruction of performance of official duties and the Defendant: (a) at the Busan Juvenile Hospital patient 2, the Busan Juvenile Hospital was isolated by the employees on duty, and (b) at the Busan Juvenile Hospital patient 2, the victim G (the age 33) notified the victim G (the on duty employee) of the use of the protective gear to restrain himself/herself, and then notified the victim G (the age 33) of the use of the protective gear with his/her corridor in order to restrain him/her; and (c) the victim’s right-hand buckbbbbbbs that are located one time in the victim’s right-hand side.
