A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a maximum of ten months and six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint assault) was admitted to the Busan Juvenile Reformatory from November 9, 2012 and lived in the patient room.

2. Damage to public goods;

A. Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with E, damaged the above entrance and windows used by public offices by approximately KRW 2,30,000 for repairing costs.

B. On February 22, 2013, around 18:50 on February 22, 2013, the Defendant, such as the patient’s three entrance doors, was isolated by the workers on duty at the Busan Juvenile Center’s Three Offices, which led to damage to KRW 2.30,00 of the repair cost, and the entrance doors and windows installed at the entrance and windows installed by a public office on a several occasions, and damaged the said doors and windows used by the public office.
