A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On November 12, 2017, the Defendant requested F to prepare a certificate of vehicle transfer in the form of “E” to the transferor column of the “automobile transfer certificate, the name and personal information of the Defendant in the vehicle registration number, the vehicle type and the name of the transferee column, the vehicle delivery date, and the vehicle delivery date of November 07, 2017, with the name of “G” in the vehicle registration number, the vehicle delivery date, the vehicle delivery date, and the name of “G-R” in the vehicle registration number, the vehicle delivery date, and the name of “E” in the name of “E” and “E” in the name of “E”, and sent the certificate of vehicle transfer in the name of “E” to the transferor column, and the name of “E” could not be identified by facsimile around November 16, 2017.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising authority, the defendant forged one copy of the certificate of automobile transfer in the name of E, a private document concerning rights and duties, using F, which is a private document without knowledge of the fact, and exercised the name of D Co., Ltd. to an employee who is not aware of the forged circumstance.
