Punishment of the crime

1. From around 19:00 to 24:00 on July 14, 2010, the Defendant stolen, at H offices located in the fourth floor of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Building, the Defendant occupied, without permission, an amount equivalent to KRW 7.2 million at the 40,000 GIFT house market value of the said H, E, the ownership of the said H, and stolen it, as described in the attached list of crimes in the attached Table, the Defendant stolen the E candle type, office equipment, camera, photograph, etc. of the market value equivalent to KRW 26,450,00,000, such as the E candle type, the Lone Star Alba, the Bae, and the Bade.
