Punishment of the crime

On May 13, 2020, the Defendant: (a) opened a “K” parking lot located in Seojin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan CityJ on May 13, 2020; (b) opened a driver’s seat in which the victim I was parked in that place; and (c) used a key attached to the said car, carried the train and stolen the said cargo by driving it.

Accordingly, the Defendant stolen a passenger car worth KRW 1 million at the market price of the victim I.

4. On May 16, 2020, the Defendant: (a) discovered an OEM car in the Nbuilding parking lot in Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City on May 16, 2020; (b) opened a driver’s seat with the key located in the back wheels of the said car; and (c) driven the said car and stolen the said car.

Accordingly, the defendant is only one million won at the market price owned by the victim M.
