1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The parties are companies engaged in the manufacture, salting, processing, and sale of chemical fibres. The plaintiff is a person who joined the defendant company on August 1, 200 and worked in the middle industryPG's power supply and electricity supply business team during the period from June 1, 2009 to May 8, 201, except for those who worked in the power business two teams.
B. On July 1, 2014, the Defendant issued a transfer order to the Plaintiff as one team of the Heavy IndustriesPG Electric Power Group (hereinafter “instant transfer order”) on July 1, 2014.
(2) The Plaintiff worked at the previous department upon the instant transfer order, and worked at the first team of the project from July 8, 2014.
C. 1) The Defendant held a general disciplinary committee on October 21, 2014 to suspend the Plaintiff from office for three months as of December 1, 2014 due to the following grounds for disciplinary action (hereinafter “instant suspension disposition”).
The plaintiff decided to take action, and the plaintiff received the notice of the result of the above disciplinary action following the day.
1. Degradation or criticism of the team members under his/her control, or posting a e-mail that points out of other persons’ business handling methods and points out other persons’ public achievements on several occasions to the team members or the team members under his/her control, thereby harming mental stress and collapse in the performance of their duties, or overcoming complaints, and causing disputes, etc., and undermining the in-house formation of the team members.
