AE Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "AE") may seek the operation of a diesel engine in a container as its main engine with self-research and effort over several years since 2000 to operate the diesel engine as its main engine, and all kinds of facilities [Engine power plant container (MDU: Maea Mail Malom Unit), fuel supply equipment (HTU : Heavy Fuel Unit), compressed air supply equipment, pumps equipment, water treatment equipment, waste boiler and container equipment, electrical cell container container (ETU: Electric Un), pipes, wires, electric wires] to be equipped with an engine power plant, and to develop the mobile power plant facility F.A. as well as the name of the domestic market related to the A.M. under the name of the producer of this case (hereinafter referred to as the "A.M.-related domestic market prior to the development of the A.M.).

Accordingly, from January 2008, J set up a policy to develop AG, a mobile power generation facility identical to AE, (hereinafter referred to as “AG”) from around January 2008, which is a familiar name with AE’s aforementioned AF, and forms AG file multiple project teams.
