1. Basic facts

A. On August 12, 2014, each mobile subscription application was made in the Defendant’s name with the following contents: “Purchase of two mobile phones in installments and the Plaintiff’s subscription to the Plaintiff’s mobile service, which is the mobile communications company,” by accessing the Internet shopping mall, the Internet shopping mall.
