A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the father of the victim B (V, 13 years of age).

1. Around 02:00 on August 15, 2018, the Defendant violated the Special Injury and Child Welfare Act (child abuse) caused the victim’s face and bridge, 60 to 70 parts of the buckbucks, on the hand floor, with the victim’s face and bridge, and the 60 to 70 parts of the bucks.

As a result, the Defendant carried dangerous things with the victim for about two weeks to receive treatment, thereby harming the victim's body or impairing physical health and development at the same time.

2. Special intimidation and violation of the Child Welfare Act (child abuse) committed by the Defendant, as described in paragraph 1, at the time and place described in paragraph 1, to cause a knife (31 cm in total length, 18.5 cm in knife length) that is dangerous for the victim, thereby threatening the victim’s body by carrying the knife in hand the knife as follows: “B and N,” “B,” and “I am off the knife,” and “I am off the knife”.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous things and threatened the victim with intimidation, and at the same time, committed emotional abuse that harms the mental health and development of the victim.
