The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. Around 14:00 on May 25, 2020, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s face by taking advantage of the victim’s wife’s desire to take the victim’s wife at the end of the victim’s house B and the victim C’s wife and taking advantage of his or her desire to take the victim’s wife, making the victim’s boom with his or her own hand during a dispute with one another, and booming the victim’s face with his or her own hand.
