The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. At around 01:00 on February 9, 2020, the Defendant: (a) committed assault on the second floor of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government building B, i.e., drinking at the main point of “C”, (b) with the head debt of the victim D (39 years of age, south) who sees the victim’s neck, (c) with the victim’s neck, (d) with the victim’s neck, and (e) with the victim’s fright, and (e) with the victim’s fright, and (e) with the head debt of the victim, (e) with the head debt of the victim’s fright, and (e) f

C. On November 26, 2020, after the institution of public prosecution, a written agreement stating the victim's intent not to punish the victim has been submitted.
