Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

However, from the date of the final judgment of this case, the defendants are above two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

As a friendship, the Defendants conspired to steal and sell the musical instruments kept by the members in the church worship by using the gap in which the surveillance of the church managers is neglected during the new wall hours for the purpose of using car sirens and oil expenses.

1. On June 22, 2015, at around 04:52, the Defendants reported the network by taking advantage of the gaps in management and surveillance neglected in the third floor of the G church located in the Namdong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City F, Defendant B, and C, Defendant A had a roccubic and other one (market amounting to KRW 1.2 million) owned by the victim H in the place where the Defendants had a rocubic and other one (market amounting to KRW 500,000).

Accordingly, the Defendants, together, stolen the total amount of 1.7 million won owned by the victims, and 2 others.

2. From 05:08 on the same day to 05:20 on the same day, the Defendants used the difference in management, supervision, and surveillance at the second floor of the J church located in the Namdong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City I, the second floor of the J church located in the Nam-gu, Incheon, and used the above method, one (Korg) 1 (the market price equivalent to 1.5 million won), one (500,000 won), one (50,000 won equivalent to the market price), and one (10,000 won equivalent to the market price).

As a result, the Defendants, together, stolen three articles owned by the victim with a total amount of 2010,000 won.

3. From June 23, 2015 to June 04:33, 2015, the Defendants used the gaps in the L church, management, and surveillance in Nam-gu, Incheon, Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Incheon, for the above method, the victim M with only one cartol (the market price equivalent to 300,000 won) and one cartol (the market price is in fact).

As a result, the defendants stolen two keyboards owned by the victim together.

4.
