A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2013 Highest 3066"

1. At around 06:30 on September 6, 2013, the Defendant discovered the amount equivalent to KRW 500,000,000,000,000,000,000 in the market value of one out-of-air air conditioner, and 50,000,000,000 in the market value of one out-of-air air conditioner, the amount equivalent to 50,000,000,000,000 in the market value of one out-of-air air conditioner, and 5,00,000,000,000,000 in the first floor of the Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government building B, which was installed therein, using the first floor of the building in Gangseo-gu, Gangseo-gu, Seoul. The Defendant: (a) discovered the pipes and electric wires of the Defendant’s finger; and (b) stolen the victims’ back air conditioner and four out of the air conditioner.

2. The Defendant found, at the time, at the time, and place described in paragraph (1), the sum of the market value of the victim C-owned air conditioners, and the market value of the victim F-owned air conditioners 50,000,000 won in total, and found out the above outdoor air condition pipes and electric wires using the front bucks prepared, and attempted to load them in the Defendant’s hand bags. However, the Defendant attempted to cut off three air conditioners and electric wires from the victim’s hand bags due to their gross weight, but failed to bring them out.

around 06:00 on August 30, 2013, the Defendant discovered that the victim H-owned 1 air conditioner was kept outside the air conditioner room, and that the victim was removed from the air conditioner outside the air conditioner room in other vehicles, and that the victim was removed from the air conditioner room outside the air conditioner room in other vehicles, and loaded the victim's property in the air conditioner accompanying him/her.

From around 02:40 on August 20, 2013 to 04:20 on August 20, 2013, the Defendant: (a) entered a store through an open commercial entrance to drive the victim No. 13 of the 1st floor underground located in the Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Council; (b) went into the store; and (c) cut off 2 parts of the pooling machine (on board) equivalent to KRW 2.8 million at the market price owned by the victim.
