Defendant,

1. On September 27, 2014, around 02:00, the victim F was locked in E-mail in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seongbuk-gu, with a cellular phone located adjacent to the cell phone, the victim F was willing to steal the cell phone, the victim was able to take a theft of the cell phone, and the other victim was able to have one of Samsung Gallon ju S3 mobile phone in an amount equivalent to KRW 800,000,000 in the market price.

2. On October 2, 2014, around 02:30 on October 2, 2014, at the places indicated in paragraph (1), the victim G was locked in the victim’s cell phone. The victim’s cell phone was locked; the victim’s mind to steals his cell phone; and the victim had one cell phone of Samsung Ggal jusop 3 mobile phone equivalent to the market price of which is 80,000 won.

3. On October 2, 2014, around 02:40 on October 2, 2014, at the place described in paragraph (1), the victim H put the cell phone in front of the mobile phone, seeing that the victim H was locked, having the mind to steals the mobile phone, and having one set of LG G2 mobile phone in an amount equivalent to KRW 80,000,000 at the market price of other victims.

4. On October 12, 2014, around 02:03, at the place indicated in paragraph (1), the victim I opened the cell phone adjacent to the cell phone, and the victim I am locked the cell phone. The victim had one cellular phone in Samsung Galthom, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 500,000,000 for the victim.

5. On October 12, 2014, around 02:07: (a) around 02:07, the victim J was locked in the place where it was stated in paragraph (1); and (b) the victim J was locked in his/her cell phone; (c) the victim’s mind to steals his/her cell phone; and (d) the gap in the surrounding surveillance.
