Punishment of the crime

On August 4, 2015, around 14:30, the Defendant: (a) cut off the doors of the management office 1st floor victim C (61 tax) underground of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Building B by using a cutting machine; and (b) damaged the correction device of the entrance doors of the city.
