Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On May 30, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and two months of imprisonment by obstructing business operations at the Seoul Western District Court, and completed the execution of the above sentence at the Seoul Southern District Court on May 2, 2018.

1. On May 3, 2018, around 12:30 on May 3, 2018, the Defendant ordered alcohol and alcohol to the victim D operation in Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

Nevertheless, the defendant deceiving the victim as above and let the victim take the defendant in the taxi and let the defendant take the police station in the dispatching station.
