A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On May 9, 2013, the Defendant sentenced the Seoul Southern District Court to one year of imprisonment for a crime of fraud, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence at the Sungsung Vocational Training Prison on April 25, 2014.

1. Fraud of, or interference with, the victim C;

A. On August 20, 2014, at around 22:30, the Defendant was provided with alcohol and alcohol equivalent to KRW 28,000, in total from the victim C, which was operated by the victim C in the Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City D1, and the fact, despite the lack of the intent or ability to pay the price even if he/she orders alcohol and alcohol, was performed as if he/she would pay the price.

B. On August 20, 2014, the Defendant: (a) from around 23:5 to around 00:35 on August 21, 2014, the Defendant: (b) prevented customers from leaving the said E, or entering the said place, by having them go against a disturbance, such as having them go to a large interest in the same place as the preceding paragraph; and (c) preventing them from entering the said E.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim's prison business by force.

2. Fraud and assault against victim F;

A. On September 2, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 19:05, at the bus stops located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Young-gu, Seoul; and (b) notwithstanding the fact that the Defendant did not have any intent or ability to pay the fare even if boarding a taxi; (c) was committed as if he would pay the said fee; and (d) did not pay KRW 34,500 after boarding a G taxi in Gangseo-gu, Seoul, which is operated by the victim F and arrived at the seat of his house in Gangseo-gu, Gangseo-gu, Seoul, and did not pay the taxi fee of KRW 34,5

B. On the same day as in the preceding paragraph, the Defendant: (a) demanded a victim F to pay taxi charges before his house located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H; (b) assaulted the victim’s chest on three occasions by drinking.

3. On September 10, 2014, the Defendant against the victim I was at the additional Dong in Geumcheon-gu Seoul, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul around 21:55, and the fact is, despite having no intent or ability to pay a charge even if he/she takes a taxi.
