The sentence of sentence against the defendant shall be suspended.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who serves as a social worker at the C Medical Care Center in the Chungcheongbuk-gun.

1. Around June 7, 2012, the Defendant forged private documents: (a) indicated the “F” in the medical care center office as above; (b) sealed the Defendant’s seal on the “F” in the name column, “F” in the “F”; and (c) sealed the Defendant’s official seal on the “F” in the “F” column; and (d) forged the F’s residence voting report in the name of F, a private document related to the certificate of fact-finding, affixed the Defendant’s personal seal on the “F” in the “F” column; and (b) sealed the Defendant’s seal on the “F” column; and (c) forged the F’s residence voting report in the name of F, a private document related to the certificate of fact-finding.

In addition, the Defendant forged a report on residence voting in the name of 48 persons, such as the above F, etc., in the same manner as the list of crimes in the attached list of crimes.

2. Around June 8, 2012, the Defendant submitted 48 copies of the false abode voting report to the public official in charge of being aware of the circumstances, such as the preceding paragraph, at the D office of the Chungcheongbuk-gun, and held each of them.

3. No person who violates the Residents' Voting Act shall assault, threaten or illegally arrest or detain voters, or interfere with freedom of voting by unlawful means;

Nevertheless, the defendant, like paragraphs 1 and 2, forged a report on residence voting in 48 persons such as F voting voters, and submitted it to the public official in charge, thereby hindering the freedom of voting of the above voters.
