A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant, when the Daegu airport is relocated to the Gyeong-gun's non-section, was expected to assist the defendant in the project of installing air cooling and heating facilities located in the Sung-gun, and the real estate price of the defendant in the vicinity of the same Myeon is expected to increase. The defendant's family members and supporters were falsely moved to the Gyeong-gun's Gyeong-gun, and the defendant was willing to participate in the residents' voting.
1. No person who violates the Act on the Registration of Residents shall report or file an application for any false fact with regard to a resident registration or resident registration certificate;
Nevertheless, on December 19, 2019, the Defendant moved D to “Seoul-gun E” without the intention to actually transfer D’s transfer by means of preparing and submitting a report on transfer in lieu of D’s resident registration certificates, etc. in the office located in Seongbuk-gun, Sung-gun, Sung-gun, the Defendant moved 11 in total from that time to December 23, 2019, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Table, from that time.
Accordingly, the defendant conspireds with 11 persons such as D, and filed a false report on resident registration.
2. On December 31, 2019, the Defendant: (a) at the C office located in Seongbuk-gun, Sung-gun; (b) without obtaining D’s consent, written at his/her own discretion a total of 11 residence voting reports as indicated in the column of “A”, “A” and “F of Daegu-gun,” and written in the column of “A” and “A” in the “O” and “I” in the “O” column of the “O” in the “reasons for reporting voting at residence; and (c) with the same name indicated in the attached list of crimes committed.”
Accordingly, the defendant, for the purpose of uttering, forges 11 copies of a report on residence voting, which is a private document related to rights and obligations, and around that time.
