Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the representative of Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B apartment 105.

At around 19:50 on June 5, 2013, the Defendant jointly with C, D, E, and F, which is a resident of the above apartment, and on the assertion that the newly elected 102 representatives were elected due to an illegal election, the Defendant obstructed the opening of special meetings of the said apartment council by preventing the opening of the entrance of the said council, and by preventing the opening of special meetings of the said council of occupants’ representatives, C, D, E, and F from holding the said council of occupants’ representatives, G, and Dong representatives, respectively, and the Defendant interfered with the said council of occupants’ representatives and G, by force, by preventing the holding of special meetings of the said council of occupants’ representatives for about one hour by raising the interest on the table table of the said council of occupants’ representatives, and by force, obstructing the said council of occupants’ representatives and the said representatives from holding special meetings of G and Dong representatives.
