A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a maximum term of three years and six months, and a short term of three years.

The defendant is a sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

On December 22, 2011, the Defendant came to know that the victims were elementary school students sent out by the victims during the course of sending time, including the victims E (n, 12 years of age), F (n, 12 years of age) who play with their friendships in Busan-gu, Busan-gu, and I am.

At around 23:00 on the same day, the defendant agreed that the victims will sleep, and the victims went to their house located in the second floor of Busan Jin-gu.

The Defendant, despite the refusal of the victim E, divided the body body and arms to prevent the victim E from leaving the body on the part of the victim E, and inserted his sexual organ into the victim E’s quality.

The Defendant continued to sleep in the same place as the victim F, and her fingers together with his hand within the inside of the victim F.

At around 09:00 on the same day, the Defendant forced the victim F to enter the victim F by force, leading the victim F to his/her panty line, leading the victim F to have his/her panty line, talking the victim F into his/her panty line, taking his/her panty line into his/her panty line, and forced the victim F to put his/her her f head into the victim F's f's f into the victim F's f's f's f', and forced him/ her to put it into the victim F.
