Punishment of the crime

On September 24, 2013, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol of 0.102% of blood alcohol concentration at around 22:09, and the Defendant driven a Grandroth vehicle at a section of approximately 500 meters from the street in the vicinity of the Sung-nam East East East East East Eastern to the street in the same 2222 meters.
