The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving Bone Star Freight Trucks.

On November 24, 2014, at around 23:15, the Defendant driven the above vehicle at a section of about 1 km from the street in front of the Mannam-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-dong to the trokede of the same Gu from the street in front of the Manwon-dong located in the Manwon-dong to the lower street in front of the same Gu.
