Criminal facts

around April 3, 2012, the Defendant, Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, posted a letter to “I would sell the goods if you transfer KRW 2.30,000 won” at the Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government PPC, and reported it to “I would sell the Tyst Syst Market” by accessing the NAD website, and false statement to “I would sell the goods if you transfer 2.30,000 won.”

However, even if the defendant receives money from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to sell the rocketing machine to the victim.

Accordingly, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received 230,000 won from the victim to the national bank account (F) in the name of the Defendant as the price for goods.

In addition, the Defendant’s list of crimes in attached Form from April 3, 2012 to May 3, 2012 in the same manner.

1. The victims acquired the total sum of KRW 1,938,00 from victims on a total of 12 occasions, such as the statement.

On May 5, 2012, the Defendant posted a notice to the effect that he would sell a par value 2 by accessing the Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government PPC room, and then falsely read that he would sell the goods if he remitted KRW 350,000 to the victim G who contacted with the notice.

However, even if the defendant receives money from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to sell the victim's par value2.

Accordingly, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received 350,000 won from the national bank account (F) in the name of the Defendant as the price for the goods.

In addition, the Defendant’s list of crimes in attached Form from April 21, 2012 to August 8, 2012 in the same manner.

2. A total sum of 2,878,00 won was remitted from victims on 14 occasions, such as the statement.

around August 8, 2012, the Defendant posted a notice to the effect that he/she would sell NAD by accessing the Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government PPC bank, and the NAD website, and reported and contacted it to the victim H.
