A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

Seized evidence referred to in subparagraphs 1 through 6 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

【Criminal Power】 On August 9, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny at the Daegu District Court, which was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for habitual larceny at the Cheongju District Court on April 5, 2016, and was released on March 30, 2016 and the parole period expired on July 26, 2016.

【Criminal Facts】

1. On July 8, 2016, between 21:00 and 01:00 on July 9, 2016, the Defendant: (a) committed theft of electric wires in the front of the “D” container office at the Daegu-gun Apartment Construction Site; (b) at the victim E’s market price of KRW 2,000,000,000, in Fone Star Car.

2. At around 00:00 on September 11, 2016, the Defendant: (a) took a theft by carrying three luxurs in F Costa car, with facilities and equipment materials equivalent to KRW 200,000,000 at the market price managed by the victim H, into the G Apartment car.

3. On November 13, 2016, around 22:30, the Defendant discovered that he had a black box on the roads front of the construction site of the Daegu High Complex, and found that he had a Karen car, a victim J owned by the victim, who was parked therein, installed a Karen car, and then cut a car plate into a Karen car car driver’s seat crepan, and cut off a 4.50,000 won of the market price owned by the victim, by cutting the car plate into a Karen car car driver’s seat crepan, and then cutting off a vex box terminal equivalent to 300,000 won of the market price owned by the victim.

4. On November 13, 2016, from around 22:30 to around 02:30 on November 14, 2016, the Defendant came to the construction site of the Jeju Complex as described in paragraph (3) and entered the said site through the entrance door below the pents surrounding the construction site. After preparing electric wires (70m in length) equivalent to KRW 800,000,000 in the market price managed by the victim L, who is connected from the container office’s distribution board to the other workshop’s distribution board, cut off the electric wires (70m in length) in advance and cut off them into the cutting box, and cut off the F Costkikis’ car.

The defendant extends over four occasions.
