A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[2013 Highest 2558] On 14, 2013. 04:45 on 04:5, the Defendant: (a) infringed upon the entrance to the 'E' factory operated by the victim D' in the Orsasi-si C; and (b) stolen a box box with electric cables equivalent to KRW 400,000, the market price of the victim owned by the Defendant.

From that time to July 24, 2013, the Defendant stolen property worth KRW 5,030,000,000, in total, on four occasions, as indicated in the list of crimes, respectively, from that time, to July 24, 2013.

1. At around 00:30 on April 7, 2013, the Defendant: (a) loaded approximately 12 spacks ( approximately 300 km) as raw materials for plastic shipment in the market price managed by the victim I, the head of the above H management department, who was loaded in the street above “H in Y in Y in Yacheon-gu, Sincheon-si, Sincheon-si; (b) loaded approximately 900,000 plastic shipment into the Defendant’s F Costex vehicle.

2. On April 11, 2013, at around 01:16, the Defendant: (a) loaded at the place specified in paragraph (1) and stolen approximately KRW 20 (500 km) as raw materials for plastic withdrawal in the market price managed by the said victim I, who was carrying approximately KRW 1,500,000 at the place; and (b) loaded approximately 20 knife onto the said knife vehicle.

3. On July 14, 2013, at around 23:50, the Defendant: (a) loaded at the place specified in paragraph (1) at the location; (b) loaded approximately KRW 14 square meters ( approximately 400 km) as raw materials for plastic withdrawal in the market price managed by the said victim I; and (c) stolen the said victim’s 1,200,000 volume.

4. On July 18, 2013, around 02:20 on July 18, 2013, the Defendant: (a) loaded approximately 12 bits of plastic withdrawn raw materials in the market price of KRW 900,000 ( approximately 300 km) managed by the said victim I while carrying them at the place specified in paragraph (1); and (b) stolen the said Lone Star vehicle.

5. At around 03:00 on August 10, 2013, the Defendant: (a) loaded the victim’s K-owned market value of approximately 45,000 KRW 15,00,00, in front of the J in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu; and (b) stolen the scrap metal of approximately 15,000 KRW 15,00 (g) on the said Lex vehicle.
