A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 17:30 on July 11, 2019, the Defendant: (a) committed theft by carrying ten (10) a rail pole of aluminium material in one’s Ekex vehicle, which was located at the scene where the victim D was located in the site where the victim D was located; and (b) loading ten (10) a rail pole of aluminium material into the victim’s Ekex vehicle at the site where the victim D was located.

2. On August 2, 2019, the Defendant attempted to larceny the victim’s protection plate of roadside trees worth KRW 225,400, which is the market value of the victim’s possession, managed by the public officials G belonging to the victim of the Si-Gun in front of Daegu-gun, Daegu-gun, Inc. on August 2, 2019. On the same hand, the Defendant parked his/her vehicle on the side of the roadside trees planted in the above place, and attempted to carry out the protection plate of the said tree of the said steel products, and was not committed due to an unwritten autopsy by the I police station of the Daegu Pacific Police Station, where he/she patroled the said place.

3. Violation of the Road Traffic Act;

A. On July 11, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around July 11, 2019, driven the Eone Star bicycle without a car driver’s license on the section of approximately 2.64 km from the road front of the Defendant’s dwelling in the J of Daegu-gun, to the L in the Daegu-gun-gun, Daegu-gun, through the roads front of the Daegu-gun.

B. On August 2, 2019, the Defendant, at around 10:20 on August 2, 2019, driven an Eone Star Co., Ltd without a vehicle driver’s license from the road front of the Defendant’s residence in Daegu-gun J, to the road front of Daegu-gun M, and from approximately 106km to the road front of Daegu-gun F, via the order of P in the order of the P in 106km.
