1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from January 20, 2016 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. Partial dismissal: Pursuant to the provisions on statutory interest rate under Article 3(1) main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sept. 25, 2015) that was amended as of September 25, 2015 and enforced as of October 1, 2015, the portion in excess shall be cited by applying 15% per annum from the day following the delivery of a copy of a complaint to the delay damages rate under the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings,
