1. As to the Plaintiff’s KRW 35,00,000 and KRW 5,000 among them, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 35,00,000 from May 14, 2015, and KRW 10,00,00.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act);

3. Partial dismissal: Pursuant to the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sept. 25, 2015) that was amended on September 25, 2015 and enforced October 1, 2015, with respect to damages for delay, 15% per annum shall be granted from October 1, 2015 to the interest rate for delay under the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, etc., and the exceeding portion shall be dismissed.
