Punishment of the crime

Around 01:00 on October 24, 2012, the Defendant: (a) assaulted the victim’s face by drinking in mind that he would not pay the food value; (b) assaulted the victim’s face; (c) was arrested to the slope F and Gman on the part of the Busan Police Station E District E District of Busan Police Station, who patroled at the same place; and (d) was arrested to the victim by arresting him as a slope F and Gman.
