Punishment of the crime

On November 14, 2013, around 01:30 on November 14, 2013, the Defendant, even though he did not have the intent or ability to pay the taxi fee in front of the modern department stores located in the Busan-dong, Busan-gu, Busan-do, and was boarding a taxi operated by the victim B, and acquired property profits by not paying 18,840 won of the taxi fee even after he arrived at the Busan-gu, Busan-dong Multipublic Security Center.
