[criminal history] On May 17, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to three months of imprisonment for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) at the Seoul Central District Court on August 15, 2017, and the execution of the sentence was terminated upon cancellation of detention on August 15, 2017.
