A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. "201 Highest 601";

A. 2) On September 6, 2017, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license from around 09:10 on September 6, 2017, driven an Iben sport car from around 5 km to the JJ road located in M in M in Seosan-si, Seosan-si.

3) On September 21, 2017, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license from around 15:00 on September 21, 2017, driven a Nbenz car from around 8km to the parking lot of the Korea Legal Aid Corporation located in the 100-ro, Seosan-si, Seosan-si, Seosan-si.

2. "2017 Highest 684".

A. On September 26, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license), without obtaining a driver’s license from around 1.5 km in the section of around 1.5km from the front point of “ female male” located in Seosan-si, Seosan-si, Seosan-si to the front road of “Ninna Boiler”.
