2. On April 18, 2016, the Defendant was driving the automobile of Paragraph 1 without obtaining a driver’s license in a section of about 4 km from 9 km to 594 km in the mountain of Jung-gu, Jung-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City due to the revision of the 00:30 on April 18, 2016.

1.
